We once ventured to Titan
And left our moon behind
Both of us feeling enlightened
Trusting ourselves flying blind
Blind to the power of gravity
The binding of Saturn's rings
That robbed us of our velocity
When we crashed on that Titan spring

Cracks in the ice were forming
I could see a new world below
When suddenly without warning
You slipped on the nitrogen snow
I listened all the way down
You were screaming into your comm
And then there wasn't a sound
