"By day I am a Lifeguard & Swimming Instructor at our local Recreation
Centre. In the mornings during the week we offer a Gentle Waterfit class for people with Arthritis, people who are prepping for or recovering from surgery or anyone else who wants a gentler aquatic workout. This is one of the many aquatic programs I instruct. Well, we have a regular group of ladies who come out to Gentlefit (as we call the class) & I've been telling them about FAWM. One of the ladies, Debbie, had double knee replacement surgery done yesterday & before she left for the hospital, she asked me to write a song called Debbie Two-Knees. So this is for Deb, and all the other people in the world suffering from chronic pain."
