One night, long ago, I dreamed of one of my past lives. I watched myself dying, alone in a jungle far away. I was wearing a soldier's uniform & my chest was sprayed with bullet wounds. I was quickly bleeding out while I was crying out to those I love & those spirits I thought might be nearby who could console me as I passed over the threshold into the Otherworld. My consciousness floated above my dying self on the ground & I watched as I died, there, deep in this foreign jungle.

This is one of a few past life visions I am still trying to process & understand.
